Trista improved my quality of life in such a short period of time. Before finding Trista, I struggled with chronic neck and shoulder pain and mobility issues. I was feeling discouraged after visiting multiple chiropractors and physicians with no answers. After my first appointment with Trista, I already was feeling better. I’ve continued to see Trista for so many ailments and she has an answer for nearly everything. We started treating my vagus nerve for the neck pain and was surprised how much it also helped with the symptoms of my anxiety disorder. She is truly the most caring & brilliant person I’ve ever met. I would recommend all my family and friends to see her because she is simply the best. 



I am 66 years old and live with a lot of pain due to my severe scoliosis. I am not a candidate for surgery and my condition will not improve so basically I am trying to live with and manage my pain. The scoliosis causes pain not only in my back but also in my hips, rib cage, and IT band area.

 I’ve been to many chiropractors, physical therapists, and orthopedic surgeons over the years and Trista is the only person who has been able to help me. I’m pretty sure I would not be able to walk independently at this point in my life if it weren’t for her.

Trista is truly a gifted physical therapist. Her hands are her eyes so to speak. I like to describe her as a combination physical therapist, chiropractor, and deep tissue massage therapist all rolled into one. She uses a very hands on approach unlike any other physical therapist that I have ever been to.

I cannot say enough about Trista’s knowledge, care and compassion. I will be forever grateful to her for what she has done for me.

As an avid golfer, I've had back issues for a long time. I saw Trista and she worked her magic. I've been to chiropractors before and it never fixed the problem. But after my session with Trista, I felt instantly better. My range of motion was incredible, all the pain was gone and my back hasn't hurt since. I highly recommend Trista, she's incredible.
